• Develop a mutually agreeable time line for delivery of the system
• Provide a mock up of the system if requested
• Provide documents for and conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Develop the proper level of documentation including Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ)
• Provide start up support and training at your facility including Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and installation

Using this formula EnGuard has successfully designed and built isolators for applications beyond the routine. The medical device manufacturing isolator shown below was designed for cardiac stent coating. Working with our customer, EnGuard provided an isolator solution that incorporates a programmable logic controller (PLC) to safely manage an intricate interlock system and effectively control the purging of potentially harmful gasses. For this stent coating isolator, EnGuard also sourced special corrosion resistant materials of construction.
